Additionally, one is reducing his workload in anticipation of retirement. This lakefront community has a population of 26,000 and is an easy drive to Nashville, Louisville, and Lexington. Hospital Employee, Outpatient only. No Call. $210-220K Annual Salary. Loan Forgiveness available. Signing Bonus available up to $20,000 . CME time and $7,500 available. 403B.
