- Qualifications: MD/DO GP, FM, or IM
- WI License
- DEA
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Facility: Department of Corrections Institution
- Maximum Security Male Prison
- Schedule: ASAP - Ongoing (about 12 months)
- Mon-Fri full-time
- No call, No holidays
- Assignment: Outpatient
