ASAP - ongoing
Avg patients per day: 16-18
Patient demographic: Adult, Geriatric and Pediatric
# of Physicians in practice: 4
# of Mid-levels: 1
Will not be responsible for supervising other providers
No responding to in-house codes or provide back up for the ED
On-site services: Lab and Radiology
EMR: EPIC
BC, ACLS, BLS and MI license required
Provider must be fully vaccinated for Covid -Required
