  • Occ Med Physician - Needs to have completed a residency
  • Occ Med w/some Urgent Care
  • Must be able to suture, splint, and read xrays
  • All ages (2+)
  • 20-25 patients per day
  • DOT Required – MUST HAVE AT SUBMISSION
  • DEA required
  • 1-10p (may vary) within the Chicago Market.
