BC FM/IM/OCC MED Physician needed in Colorado Springs, COOccupational Medicine locums to cover at three different locations, each offering full functioning Occupational Medicine and Workers Comp Center. • Begin ASAP - ongoing
• Monday-Friday (8a-5p)
• No weekends
• No call
• Outpatient only
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
CO License - Required
BC in IM, EM, Occ Med, or FM - Required (no BE)
BLS - Required
DOT Certification - Required
ACLS - Preferred
COVID Vaccination - Proof Required at credentialing
