Average number of surgical cases: 60 per day Patient Ages: Adults only Type of cases: Spinal, Epidural, Regional, General. NO pain mgmt Team model: Possible CRNA supervision, 1:3 model Support staff: OR nurse circulator, scrub tech, anesthesia tech, 15 MDs on staff Documentation system: EPIC Type of cases: Adult and Peds - Spinal, Epidural, Neurosurgical, Dental, Ventilation mgmt.( establishing and maintaining an airway; various modes of ventilation)
