• 24 Bed Open ICU- Intensivist Census averages 6-10 patients

• Flexible Rotating Schedule 

• 1 Intensivists Days (on-call nights)

• EMR-Cerner for inpatient; athena for outpatient 

Schedule

Hybrid model to include 228 working days per year: 

• 7  days per month of critical care (84 total shifts per year)

  pulmonary inpatient rounding and outpatient pulmonary clinic

• flexible scheduling (anticipated 1 week of clinic, then 1 week of inpatient, 1 week of critical care, 1 week off)
