• Employed multi-specialty group seeks BC/BE Psychiatrist to join their team
• Competitive base salary based on MGMA data and experience
  • $250,000 to 255,000 less than 2 years’ experience
  • $295,000 to 300,000 two years or more experience
• Inpatient and outpatient practice
• Opportunity for Medical Directorship also available
• 11-bed adult inpatient unit with an average census of 6-8 patients in addition to providing ED and hospital consultation
• Call 1:4
• Outpatient clinic located adjacent to the hospital on the main campus
• Join 2 full-time Psychiatrists, one full-time Adolescent Psychiatrist, one part-time Adolescent Psychiatrist (tele-medicine), one NP, and one Psychologist
• System-wide transition to one IT platform/Cerner.
• Production and quality bonus potential on top of base salary
