Cardiac Surgery - Central Valley, CA

• Employed practice seeks BC/BE Cardiac Surgeon to join their team
• Competitive 1st year base salary offered - to be discussed with employer directly.  Production bonuses available. 
• Active TAVR program with ECMO capabilities
• Minimum 3 years of experience required
• 465-bed Level II Trauma Center – currently in process of becoming Level I – STEMI receiving center & chest pain center
• Facility offers a full range of advanced cardiac services & have performed over 21,000 open heart surgeries – currently doing 250-450 hearts
• daVinci Si and DaVinci Xi systems on-site
• 14 ORs and 6 cath labs
• Ideal candidate will have experience in cardiac, vascular, and thoracic surgeries but open to accommodating your surgical skills
• Population of 210,000 with a service area of over 750,000
• Compensation package includes salary guarantee plus RVU, sign-on bonus, relocation package, full health/dental/vision benefits package, malpractice coverage, 401K, deferred compensation plan, CME allowance and more.
• Located an hour from Sacramento, 1 1/2 hours from both San Francisco and San Jose, and 5 hours from Los Angeles
