• Group Description:  This is 1 of 2 physicians.  One physician is retiring.  This is an hospital employed position.
• Salary:  Two year guarantee, third year moves to a fix base based on prior years production with a wrvu bonus
• Call Schedule:  10 days per month
• Weekly Schedule:  Mixture of OR and office time. 
• Details on practice, health system, facility, etc:  Hospital is 57 beds, only ENT group within an hour of hospital.  Satellite office in surrounding market.  Hospital building is ten years old.
• Benefits: medical, dental, vision, retirement, CME
• Population: 11,000 in the city.  Serve almost a 10 county area.
• Proximity to other large cities: hour to next largest city.  1.5 hours to either Savannah or Macon.  2.5 - 3 hours to Atlanta
• Airport closest is Savannah.  Next two would be Atlanta or Jacksonville
