BC/BE FM/IM Physician needed in Pelham, AL
ASAP-Ongoing
2-4 shifts per week
Shift times: 8:30a – 4:30p Mon – Friday
Outpatient only
12-16 ppd
Patient mix:70 % adults seeking Hormone replacement existing patients
Active AL License, BLS, DEA and COVID Vaccine – Required
Pay rate: $135
