- Board Certified
- OR License
- BLS
- OR DEA
- Covid Vaccination
- Facility: A General Medical and Surgical Hospital
- 35 beds in Psychiatry Unit
- Schedule: Dates: ASAP - Ongoing (3-6 months)
- Assignment: Inpatient/Outpatient
- Census: 12 patients per day
- EMR: EPIC
