Shift Time - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, less a one hour unpaid lunch

Full office staff

20-25 Patients per day

DOT, Pre-Employment Physicals and on the job injuries

REQUIREMENTS:

• TX State License
• DEA
• BLS
• DOT Certification
• One year of experience in Occ Med
