- Board Certified
- MN License
- Covid Vaccination - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
- Facility: A General Medical and Surgical Hospital
- Schedule: Dates: February 28, 2022 - Ongoing (3 months)
- Clinic: 4-5 days per week; 7am-7pm
- Call: 1:4
- Assignment: Outpatient/Inpatient
- Census: 15+ patients per day
