This small city is large enough to support 10 Neurosurgeons

• Nephrology to serve as the only  consultative service with excellent hospitalist support 24/7 for admitting
• Potential to grow and develop own practice and share directorship of dialysis units
• Hospital practice includes seeing AKI, CKD, ESRD, Electrolyte abnormalities, and Glomerulonephritis patients with all modalities available for renal replacement therapy including Acute Hemodialysis, CVVHD, SCUF, and Plasmapheresis
• Outreach clinic opportunities within 30 minutes with potential to grow the practice
• Emergency Department call one week per month
• Wide range of support services including excellent vascular surgeons in the region who are available in house for dialysis access creation and troubleshooting when needed
