ASAP - ongoing
Monday through Friday from 8 am – 5 pm
20-25ppd
See all ages
12 exam rooms (3 will be dedicated to the provider), dedicated LPN and MA, and
onsite health coach
1.5 physicians in practice and 1 APP
Full support staff
BC FM, NC license, DEA, BLS and COVID Vaccine - Required
