Duration: Specific dates through 2022
Board requirement: Board certified or Board eligible within 5 years of residency
Procedures: HIV, MRSA, cellulitis, osteomyelitis, septic joint, meningitis, diabetic foot infection, bacteriema, and abscesses
Census: 15 to 20
EMR: EPIC Systems
License requirement: Must be IN licensed before presentation
Privileges: 60- 90 days
