Urology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8 Pay Rate: $218.00 - 230.00
This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:- Schedule: Will work 3-4 days clinic and 2 days in hospital
- Job Setting: Both inpatient and outpatient
- Types of Cases: General urology cases
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-120 days
- Must be board certified and have an Indiana license
- Prefer EPIC experience
