Description
The Geriatric locum tenens opportunity in New Hampshire & Vermont…
Optional Locations: Lebanon, NH and Bennington, VT
Duration: April 2022 – December 2022 (potential for extension)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (client would prefer M-F for 2weeks over 3 days per week every week)
Shift: 8a-5p
Scope: Acute care Geriatric medicine – hypertension/diabetes, some pre and post OP
Volume: 8-12 patients a day
Facilities: LTAC, nursing home, assisted living facilities (4 total facilities)
EMR: Epic
Requirements: Board Certified or truly Board Eligible – NH and VT license – open to non-licensed candidates
