Description
· Very competitive salary with incentive bonus package
· BC/BE Family Physician
· Full Time
· Outpatient only
· Need due to physician retiring
· 32 hours of scheduled patients and 8 hours of admin work which can be done from home
· Be part of a large group practice within a large hospital owned multi-specialty group
· Join a supportive and strong administrative team and 2 physicians and 4 APP’s
· Patients Per Day: Typically see an average of 80 patients per week. We assign 80% of your time toward direct patient care and 20% toward administrative and miscellaneous duties.
· Administrative work can be done from home if desired.
· Hours: Negotiable
· Call: shared with other providers - phone call only
Compensation & Benefits:
· Hospital employed status
· Negotiable salary; guaranteed base with incentive package

· Electronic Health Records:
· eClinical Works (“eCW”), with a Patient Portal in the ambulatory practice
· “Meditech” serves as the information system in the hospital
· Facility is located in the upper Hudson Valley region of Upstate New York, 2 hours north of NY City and 30 minutes south of Albany, NY. It is a 192 bed facility whose philosophy is “patients first,” emphasizing safety and quality in patient care. The area offers the best in/outdoor activities year-round as well as an extensive array of cultural and artistic venues.
