Pulmonary - Critical Care Medicine Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 12 Pay Rate: $268.00 - 280.00
This facility is seeking a Pulmonary - Critical Care Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:- Schedule: Pager Monday-Friday once a month plus weekend call
- Job Setting: Inpatient; 12-25 patients per day. Average Intensive Care Unit (ICU) patient consults: 16 patients per day
- Types of Cases: Arterial line, Asthma, Central line, Endobronchial Ultrasound, Intubation, Thoracentesis
- Credentialing Timeframe: Typically 60-90 days
- Board Certified in both Pulmonary and Critical Care and must have an Indiana License
- Basic Life Support Certification. Will only accept American Heart Association (AHA)
- The provider will round on patients daily, consult on every admit, and back up in the emergency room
- Average inpatient volume: 15 -20 patients per day
- Average Intensive Care Unit (ICU) patient consults: 16 patients per day
