Description
Location: About 1hr 45 min Northeast of Bend, OR-rural location.
Rate: hourly plus expenses
Start: April 25th, 2022
LOA: through July 22nd, 2022
Schedule: M-F 8a-6p. Satellite clinics open 2 days/week, Satellite hours 8a-4p. Need FNP for 32-40 hours a week.
Staffing Mix: Solo provider, work with medical assistant
Census: 12 ppd
other Info: FQHC, rural clinics, see all ages, aging population, low income, common flu cases, diabetes, chronic disease. MUST be comfortable with woman's health. Credentialing takes 30 days. Will consider a physician assistant, prefer FNP
