• Requires a mix of inpatient and outpatient work, with flexibility in amount of time spent inpatient vs outpatient and overall structure of schedule.
• Full-time with every  3rd week on call (currently is Friday noon to the following Friday noon). 
• While on call the physician would see 4-5 outpatients in clinic (10 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 3 pm) ideally.  The other weeks off call would be 8 am to 5 pm outpatient clinic coverage Monday – Thursday and 8 am to 4 pm on Friday.
• The current physicians also split the outpatient Fresenius (dialysis) coverage.
• Opportunity to also take over the Medical Director coverage for the inpatient dialysis center. This entails up to 20 hours per month. Responsibilities include a QAI monthly meeting, policy review, patient acceptance review, water quality management, and general oversight.
