JOB DETAILS
* Dates needed- ASAP-ongoing
* Shifts needed: 8:30-5:30 and/or 10:30-7:30 M-F
* Outpatient
*Team structure Embedded in primary care modules
* Support staff available Yes
* Patients per day 20
* Adults including Geriatrics
* Procedures required? Musculoskeletal injections, cryotherapy
* Types of patients? Adults
