Call only Setting: Inpatient. Acute Care Hospital Work Schedule: M-F days. 7am Start. Weekends start at 8am Provider will likely work 1 24-hour shift and 1 to 2 12-hour shifts per week, which could be day or night shifts. Provider is in the hospital for the full 24 hours, there is a call room available Staff: 1 Surgeon, 5 APP's Typically 3-5 surgeries per week Cases include CABG TAVR, Robotic Thoracic cases too, no Vascular. Robotic cases not required. This is a slower paced practice. Inpatient census: 1-2 CVICU ppd and 5-6 step down 5ppd Outpatient: 2 ppd Required Procedures/Skills: EVH, Maquet, Hemopro 1 Advanced procedures such as arterial lines, central lines, chest tubes, vent mgmt, Provider will do surgery, rounding and clinic work EMR - Meditech Requirements Certifications: ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support; BLS - Basic Life Support
