Join a 40 year old Community Health Center with 15 locations in Houston and the Houston metro.

Each location has Vision, Dental, Psychiatry, Well Woman, Endo, Addiction and ID on site.

Could do 4 - 10 hour days or 4 - 8 hour days or 5 days / week - 32 hours is full time
Adding an APP with Geriatrics experience to their team
Outpatient only
