Pinnacle HealthCare is looking for a dynamic, motivated physician to join our highly skilled and experienced medical team. This is an excellent opportunity in an occupational walk-in care clinic in beautiful and sunny Yuma, AZ. Pinnacle Healthcare was established in 2002 as a locally operated occupational health clinic dedicated to supporting the people and businesses in the surrounding communities. Our clinic provides quality medical services treating a variety of patient care needs, including convenient care, family practice, occupational medicine, and worker’s compensation. If you are passionate about patient care, eager to make a difference, and be part of a diverse team then we invite you to join our team!Job Summary The Physician works collaboratively with members of the healthcare team to provide appropriate care and administer treatment to patients with illness or injury. The position is associated with a significant level of autonomy; therefore, the individual must be highly motivated and able to work independently. • Performing physical exams and conducting patient observations • Recording patient medical histories and symptoms • Prescribe and implement plan of care according to guidelines • Ordering, administering, and analyzing diagnostic tests • Interpret laboratory and diagnostic test results • Diagnosing health issues. • Detecting changes in patient health and modifying treatment plans • Instruct patients and their families in the care and use of medications.

Skills
Candidates must have a medical degree (MD or DO) and licensed to practice in the state of Arizona. Prior clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care highly preferred. Licenses and Certifications: Current DEA license, Board certification, CPR and DOT certifications are required.

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (W2 or 1099 available) Schedule: 1-3 days per week but flexible schedule available for the right candidate.
