Description
VISTA is assisting a long-time client in Vermont with their search for a locums Pulmonologist, to assist while recruiting. This client rarely has locums opportunities, so please take advantage of this opening and apply today! There is an opportunity for a long-term, locums-to-perm relationship for the right provider.
Job Details
Worksite: Vermont
Dates: ASAP- Ongoing
Specialty- Pulmonologist
Schedule Needed: M-Fri 8-5 (flexible on schedule but need consistent coverage. They want one long-term full-time locum to cover the assignment for continuity of care for the patients)
Weekends: Not required
Call: No call required
Procedures: Bronchoscopy Highly Desired (#1 procedure needed), interpretations, Thoracentesis, mainly standard Pulmonology
EMR: Cerner
Board Requirement: BC Preferred, BE ok
Certifications: ACLS, BLS
COVID Vaccine- Required, they do allow medical or religious exemptions, must follow their exemption process
Travel and Housing- Yes client will pay for non-local
License- Active VT Preferred but will look at someone willing to license if VISTA helps with license
Credentialing- If active license and clean, 2-3 weeks, otherwise can be 60 days
