This progressive practice is managed by the state’s largest FQHC / community health center system, with nearly 1000 employees – including over 200 clinical providers – across 17 practice sites and service locations. You will join an excellent team of over two dozen healthcare providers in a modern, standalone medical services building offering outpatient primary care, walk-in/urgent care, mental health, physical therapy and other services to thousands of area residents.
