OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE Physician needed in Greeley, CO
ASAP - for at least 6 months
M-F, 8a-5p
No call, no weekends
Reason for coverage: The Medical Practice Leader retiring and need a physician to help meet patient demand until a perm physician can be hired
Clinic setting with dedicated office space
Average number of patients per day: 10-14
3 exam rooms, 2 physicians in practice
Support staff: medical assistant, patient administrative specialist, clinic manager
EMR: Epic, Systoc
90-day credentialing timeframe
Colorado Level II Work Comp and DOT Certified - Required
BC/BE Occ Med, CO license, DEA, BLS and COVID Vaccine - Required
