Locum or Locum to Perm
Dates of coverage: July 1 - Sep 30
Schedule: variable - most shifts 8 and 9 hour in length
No Call - EM physicians do not take call. Trauma team needs to respond in 15 minutes
Trauma level: 3
Total Number of Beds: 38
Annual ER Volume: 44,000

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 45 Days
BC/BE EM, MA license, DEA, ACLS, ATLS, BLS and COVID Vaccine - Required
