VISTA's Permanent Placement Division is recruiting a BC/BE Hospitalist for a highly functioning versatile team. Benefits of this permanent position include:

*Seeking full-time hospitalists and nocturnists to join growing hospitalist program. In this role, you will work with a collegial group with strong clinical and administrative leadership support and benefit from a collaborative work culture.
*Located in Northern California, 30 minutes from Napa wine country
*Highly Competitive Compensation Package
*Block Scheduling
*Hospitalist 7 on 7 off; 15 shifts per month
*Nocturnist - blocks of 5 nights; 10 - 15 shifts per month
*Average of 15 patients per day
*No Code Coverage
* Competitive compensation package with sign-on, quality incentive and wRVU bonus
