• 1:8 Call for General ORS Trauma, 1:2 for Acute ORS Trauma
Goal 1:4 Call for Acute ORS Trauma - Non-Ortho Trauma Partners Would No Longer Take Call
Calls are Triaged by Nursing Team, then NPs take 1st Call
• Teaching and Research Opportunities - In House Residency Program
