Description
1 day a week on Wednesday. Sept – End of Year
Provider going on Maternity Leave
2-3 Patients/hour
Full cycle of life patients
8:30am – 5:30pm
Must be Covid Vaccinated
Clinic is a FQHC
$115 per hour, plus mileage
