Description
VISTA's Permanent Placement Division is representing a premier health system in Kentucky with a staff in need of an Interventional Cardiologist. This is a full-time position with an existing, established, stable Cardiology group who bring advanced cardiovascular care to the community. This position will primarily include urgent and emergent coronary interventional procedures and outpatient clinic. Highlights of this opening include:
*Office is connected to the hospital
*Physicians perform approximate 150-175 diagnostic/interventional procedures per month.
*Advanced cardiac support devices: Laser, IVUS, FFR/OCT, EKOS, ECMO, CardioMems, & Impella
*Structural Program: PFO closures, ASD/VSD, Watchman, TAVR
*24/7 STEMI Service with the areas only Chest Pain Accredited Center
*Continued Cardiac Market Growth
*On-site CT Surgery Program (2 CT surgeons)
*Strong foundation support for cardiovascular advancement
* The Chest Pain and Stroke Hotline, answered 24 hours a day by registered nurses trained in cardiac and stroke emergencies
