Description
Psychiatric Hospitalist- 7 ON/ 7 OFF- Jacksonville, FL
This North Florida health system is currently seeking a board certified/board eligible inpatient Psychiatrist to join Jacksonville facility and become part of Florida’s largest healthcare system with 11,000 physician colleagues.
ALL ADULT/ GERO-Board certified or eligible in Psychiatry and comfortable caring for adults and geriatric psychiatry patients (as well as ECT)
Perform Rounding, Med Management.
7 on / 7 off schedule
Supported by team of certified psychiatric nurse practitioners
The Health system provides comprehensive Behavioral Health services by offering in-patient care to adults and the older adult population.
Our 27-bed Pavilion unit is dedicated to adults 18 years and older.
Our Senior Pavilion is a 14-bed unit which provides care to the geriatric population, ages 55 and older.
Additional onsite Intensive Outpatient / Partial Hospitalization Program 5 days a week available to transition patients. A great and compassionate team to join!

Skills
* 2- 10 YRS Experience with Adult/ Geriatric Psych
*Must be BC in Psychiatry, active FL license and DEA and CLEAN Record
Experience performing Hospital Based Rounding and treatment
Compassionate and friendly p[personality desired!
