Pain Clinic / Occupational Medicine
ASAP-ongoing
M-F, 9a-5p
20 -25 PPD
Pain mgmt, Medication management no procedures
Seeing patients with failed Orthopedic surgeries, Spinal surgeries, continued treatment, urine screens & refilling prescriptions.
28-day cycle follow–up visits only, no new patients.
EMR Kareo
BC/BE FP/IM, GA license, active GA Medicaid, or Medicare Credentials
BLS, COVID Vaccine - required
