You can perform the full breadth of OMFS procedures and be plenty busy, or you can focus entirely on Implants and also be instantly busy and supported.

The location is an affluent D.C. Suburb, highly desirable, with lots of inbound migration, and patients that can afford the best.

Concerted and continually-innovated digital and media marketing push to attract high-end customers and promote higher revenue cases.

Currently a 2-month backlog of patients. You will be instantly busy.

Compensation:

$400k base salary

Commission above salary

$1M+ proven and realistically expected earnings

Full Benefits

$25k Sign-On Bonus

Candidate Parameters:

Must have completed U.S. residency/fellowships and be truly ABOMS Board Eligible, Board Certified.

Open to 2023 Graduates. Some experience is preferred.

Malpractice history is a part of any candidate's consideration.

A criminal history will most likely preclude one from consideration, but we can discuss if far in the past.
