Join a Group of 5 Radiologists, 4 FTE physicians and 1 FTE Interventional Radiologist. As such, weekend call averages to every 4/5th weekend as the IR doctors helps with weekend coverage too.
• Option for paid internal "moonlighting" if more weekends are taken to supplement income ($4,500/weekend).
• Salary to start is $426K/year (or $35,500/month) with $20K sign on bonus and up to $10K relocation. Salary increase to $480K/year after 1st year, and increase to partner salary after 2nd year. No buy-in full partnership to include voting rights after 3rd year.
• $3K/year CME stipend
• Vacation 10 weeks/year, increase to 12 weeks/year after 2nd year
• Two weekday shifts, 8am to 4pm and 12pm to 8pm. Weekends and holidays 8am to 7pm. All night coverage by nighthawk teleradiology. Weekends (12pm to 8pm afternoon) and evening shifts taken from home with workstations provided by the group.
