Details:

• Established and stable practice with 3 Nurse Practitioners, 4 Physicians and 7 Counselors
• Employment by the Hospital or Independent Contractor
• Provides full range of psychological services, outpatient counseling and psychological testing (but not limited to) :
  • Autism Testing
  • Surgery Clearance Evaluations (Spinal Cord surgeries, Bariatric Surgeries, etc.)
  • ADD/ADHD/IQ/OCD/Mood Disorder Testing
  • Custody/Court Competency Evaluations
  • Psychotherapy
• All ages
• Strong referral base, including approximately 65 primary care physicians
• Provided Answering Service
• ​​​​​​​Clinic hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
