Join 5 Orthopedic surgeons and 2 APP's in an established group

• Replacement position for an established practice
• Be the only Orthopedic spine surgeon in the practice
• No dedicated spine surgeon at the hospital at present
• 10 call days per month
• General call not required unless the physician chooses to participate
• 8 OR suites along with dedicated Orthopedic floor
• 12 physician Anesthesia team.
• No CRNAs
• Block OR time available
• Anticipated 25-30 patients per day in office and 7-10 surgeries per week
• Guidance system budgeted for purchase
• 42,000 ED visits per year
• Trauma transferred to the University of Louisville
• Hospitalist program in place
• 14 bed ICU
• Clinic & Hospital EMR is Allscripts
• Fellows welcome to apply
