- Compensation in the high $400's
- Retention bonus paid yearly

- 6 Physician - 17 CRNA program
- Available to take call from home - This group been together for over 8 years

Details:

-Hearts, Thoracic, Ortho, Vascular, General, Neurosurgery, OBGYN, Cardiac Interventional, ENT
- Approximately 300 open heart surgery cases per year
- Not much head work
- All cases are evenly split
- TEE not required but preferred
- 1500 OBGYN deliveries per year
- 20 Bed ICU
- 8 Bed CVICU
- No Trauma designation
- Severe trauma University of South AL, a level 1 trauma center
- Hospital EMR is proprietary system called Sunrise
- Hospitalist program in place
