Portsmouth, New Hampshire: We seek a confident Family Medicine Physician to join the Core (Medicine) Faculty in a new Family Medicine Residency Program affiliated with Tufts University in Boston. Based in this 200+ bed regional medical center in a highly desirable coastal community, the program will graduate their first new primary care physicians in 2023.

This is a wonderful position for someone with interest in helping shape the future of Family Medicine. We need doctors who are adaptable and creative, and who have enthusiasm for both academia and quality patient care. Many physicians within the hospital are actively engaged in this program, and others are being drawn from other large area medical centers in Portland, Nashua and affiliated practices across the region.

This respected medical center is equipped with a full service ED, a Level II Trauma Center, a dedicated Hospitalist program, and a 30-bed inpatient psychiatric unit. Residents in this new Family Medicine program are building the culture of the residency community alongside two other on-site residencies in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry.
