CRNA 1099 - Dodgeville, WI
-Start: ASAP -90 days, would consider Jan. 2023 start
-Duration: 13 weeks - ongoing
-Schedule: M - F + some nightly call
-Procedures: General, OB/GYN, Ortho, Foot and Ankle
-EMR: Epic
-Will consider candidates willing to obtain license during credentialing process.
Will cover full travel, lodging, mileage, rental car, flight, malpractice insurance, and reimburse for licensing.
