VISTA has a fantastic opportunity for coverage through December on specific dates. Are you available through 2022?
Location: Iowa
Duration: through 2022
Board requirement: Board certified
Schedule: 8:30am-4:30pm
Shifts: Days plus call
Shift Responsibility: Mixed clinic and inpatient
Average Number of Office/Clinic Patients per Day: 25
Average Number of Hospital-Based Surgeries per Day: 3-5
Required procedures: general urology, advanced endoscopic techniques, laparoscopic surgeries, percutaneous nephrolithotomy, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, pelvic node dissection, penile prosthesis, extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL), brachytherapy, laser certification, robotic surgery, partial nephrectomies/intraoperative ultrasound, adrenalectomy, renal and bladder ultrasound, TRUS biopsies, fertility work-up, incontinence procedures.
EMR: Cerner in hospital, Epic in clinic
Trauma designation: Level III
License requirement: Must be IA licensed before presentation
Privileges: 4-6 weeks
