Description
VISTA is working with a Salt Lake City client in need of Family Practice coverage for ages 2 and up. This is an employee health outpatient clinic with sporadic needs through the end of the year.
Duration: September 28th - EOY
Board requirement: BC/BE
Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic
Hours: 2:00p - 6:00p
Procedures: Suturing and suture removal, boil/abscess drainage, skin tag/wart removal, Toenail removal, joint/cortisone injection
Census Clinic: 16
EMR: Yes
Credentialing: 2 weeks
License requirement: UT
