Training: Family Medicine
Duration: Ongoing while hiring
Board requirement: Board certified or Board eligible
Schedule: Mon - Fri
Hours: 8am-430pm
Procedures: Respond to in-house codes, Employment Physicals, Disability Exams, Diagnosis & Mgmt. of Common Industrial-Related Medical Problems
Census: 20 to 25
Type of facility: Clinic located in hospital
EMR: EPIC Systems
License requirement: Must be licensed before presentation
