* Location: Wisconsin
* Training: Family Medicine
* Duration: Ongoing while hiring
* Board requirement: Board certified
* Schedule- M-F 8:00A-4:30P
* Call- By phone 1:5
* Hours: 8-5
* Census: 15 to 20
* Type of facility: Hospital Based clinic
* Back-up: Yes/NP/PA
* EMR: EPIC Systems
* License requirement: Must be licensed before presentation
* 100 % Outpatient
* Procedures- Newborn care preferred, Pelvic Exam/Pap Smear preferred, Skin Tissue/biopsy, Incision and Drainage
* Client will pay travel and housing
