Solo Practitioner Needed in Cripple Creek, CO

Position:
Solo provider practice – this will be a replacement for the current physician who is retiring
This position is for a .6 FTE; 22 patient contact hours per week + 2 hours administration = 24 total hours- Additional Shifts available at Woodlands Park affiliate
Clinic open M-F, 8a-5p. Staff is in clinic 4 days/week. Physician works Monday, Tuesday, and Friday (this is flexible and can be adjusted)
Work closely with LPN who is driven and autonomous – functions like an MA. Practice also made up of 1 Behavioral health specialist (in clinic on Wednesdays) and 1 front desk worker
Monthly staff and provider meetings with Woodland Park (45 minutes away).
13-16 patients per day; but this number is growing.
Currently a 950 patient panel.
Call is phone only and shared in a 1:25 (2-3 weekends per year) rotation-Call taken by Nurse daily until 10p.m.
Need someone who is comfortable doing rural medicine and working solo. Prefer a few years’ experience but open to New grads
