Description
Pediatric Hospitalist needed in Redding, CA
Start: ASAP-ongoing
Trauma Level/Designation: Level II Trauma Facility
Average Number of admissions per day? 4 (3-5) pediatric patients and 7 (3-15) newborn/nursery patients
Average Number of ICU patients per day? N/A Facility does not have a PICU and NICU is covered by neonatologists.
Required procedures: pediatric resuscitation and intubation
EMR system details: Cerner Care B
This role requires physician to provide resident teaching/precepting. Physician must have "Active" staff status at a hospital with no restrictions on pediatric privileges.
Credentialing Time Frame: 30-60 days upon receipt of fully completed application.
Must be California Children's Services CCS) paneled
BC/BE PED, BLS, DEA, CA license and COVID Vaccine required
